SUMMARY:Sex & EFT with George Faller and Laurie Watson in Spokane\, Washington - OPEN
DESCRIPTION:EWNIEFT is pleased to announce a \n2 Day Masterclass Workshop   \n  \nSex & EFT  \n George Faller\, EFT Trainer \nDr. Laurie Watson\, Certified EFT & AASECT Therapist \nOctober 16-17\, 2026 \nIn Person in Spokane \nREGISTER HERE \n  \nSex often triggers what is best and worst in relationships. Swinging from the highs of passion to the lows of rejection\, sex offers us all plenty to engage with and talk about in session. Yet\, most therapists are not taught how to facilitate these intimate conversations and harness the power of sexual connection to help secure the couples’ attachment. Therapists avoid talking about sex for fear of embarrassment\, lack of assessment skills\, and/or little confidence about what to do with sexual dysfunctions and disconnections. Though deeply important to their relationship\, our clients\, likewise\, might avoid talking about sex for fear of being embarrassed\, of being found incompetent or unattractive\, and/or fear of having hopeless conflict. In this training therapists will learn how to use the power of EFT to help couples have successful sexual conversations\, inside and outside the bedroom\, that strengthen their emotional bond. \nEven when couples have achieved a measure of secure emotional attachment in therapy\, there is often still a need for direct work on their sexual relationship. Learn how to work effectively with both the emotional and sexual attachment cycles. \n  \nLearning Objectives \n1. Identify the key assumptions of attachment theory as it applies to adult sexuality. \n2. Identify the assumptions\, stages\, and steps of EFT\, as well as key change events. \n3. Describe key interventions that help clients to reprocess key emotional responses\nand reduce reactivity. \n4. Discuss common therapeutic impasses in EFT with sexuality and how to address\nthem and implement EFT interventions in clinical exercises and case examples. \n5. Apply techniques of sexual assessment in EFT treatment. \n  \n  \nFEES AND CLOSING DATES \n** With new tax changes in the State of Washington there is now a tax charge for all in person trainings. \n** For this event there is a 8.9% interest charge added to all ticket prices. \n  \nEWNIEFT Member — $375 + 8.9% = $408.38 \nEarly bird — $475 + 8.9% = $517.28   (ends July 31\, 2026) \nRegular  —  $500 + 8.9% = $544.50 \nStudent/Military — $400 + 8.9% = $435.60 \nDiversity — We have 3 available @ $300 each. Reach out to ewnieft@gmail.com \n** Our Diversity Fee is based on expanding ICEEFT’s mission to cultivate a climate of inclusion. It’s not based on financial need. We aim to offer it to those who represent marginalized or underrepresented groups within the EFT community. This is a first come\, first serve process right now. Please reach out if you are interested to ewnieft@gmail.com. \n  \nCANCELLATION & REFUND  POLICY \nWhen you register and pay for this or any EWNIEFT Community event\, your registration fee is used in advance to support essential event costs\, including trainer honoraria and facility-related expenses. As a non-profit organization\, EWNIEFT depends on each event to be financially self-sustaining. \nWe appreciate your understanding that these commitments are made well ahead of the event\, and changes can affect our ability to offer future trainings within our community. To balance flexibility with these responsibilities\, the following cancellation policy applies: \n\n\nCancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start date of the training are eligible for a refund minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. \n\n\nCancellations received within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund; however\, the registration fee may be applied as a credit toward a future EWNIEFT Community–sponsored event within two years of the original event date. \n\n\nIf a participant has registered and does not attend all or part of an Externship\, Core Skills module\, or Master Class training without prior notice\, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. \n\n\nWe regret that exceptions cannot be made to this policy and appreciate your understanding. \nIf you have questions or need clarification\, please contact info@ewnieft.com. \n  \nCEU – pending… \n  \nREGISTER HERE
