2026 EFCT Core Skills ~ Coming Soon !

EFCT Extended Core Skills 2026
with EFT Trainers
Dr. Ryan Rana and Dr. Silvina Irwin
Core Skills is advanced training in EFT focused exclusively on working with couples.
This Core Skills we welcome Certified EFT Trainers Ryan Rana, PhD, LMFT, LPC from Arkansas for modules 1 and 2, and Silvina Irwin, LMFT, Ph.D from California for modules 3 and 4.
We are planning for all training days to be in person in Spokane, Washington.
Learning methods may include some or all of the following: watching pre-recorded videos on your time from the comfort of your own home; didactic instruction with powerpoint; discussion; watching video recordings of the trainer’s own sessions with clients; role plays in small groups facilitated by a helper(s) who are certified EFT supervisors, or certified EFT therapists or who have completed core skills themselves.
The trainers will be assisted by our EWNIEFT community of volunteers who are EFT trained therapists, certified EFT therapists and certified EFT supervisors. The amazing, dedicated team of volunteers walk alongside the participants in their EFT Core Skills learning journey. We aim to model learning EFT together – and not alone – supported by our trainers and our clinical team. Between modules, there may be opportunities for gathering online for informal group consultation with an EWNIEFT Supervisor or Supervisor-in-Training to support your learning.
This is an official 48 Hours Core Skills endorsed by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). An ICEEFT-endorsed externship is a required prerequisite for Core Skills.
CEs: coming soon
At the completion of the 48 hours, EWNIEFT will provide a workshop certificate of completion (this certificate is separate from a CE certificate which is a separate cost to the registration fee).
