EFT Stage 1 Skills: 

          ∞ Focus, Tango, Cycle Tracking, Affect Assembly ∞ 

We will support each other in deepening our understanding and application of  foundational EFT Stage 1 skills. Our learning will be centered around a recorded role play demonstration of stage 1 skills featuring Robin Williams Blake in the role of therapist. Skills will be highlighted as Robin demonstrates them. 

Practice essential EFT Stage 1 Skills you can immediately apply.
